A typical community watch patrol includes:

For gated communities or town house complexes: Driving through the entire site, checking for open doors, garage doors etc. Checking bushes, communal building(s) and shed(s) security, removing loitering individuals. Safe, off-site, removal of all drug paraphernalia found on premises. We can also check ID for address verification to ensure individuals are authorized to be on the premises, open and close gates at morning and evening. 

For apartment communities: Exterior of the building is checked to ensure it is secure, checking for open doors or windows on ground level. Checking bushes, communal building(s) and shed(s) security, removing loitering individuals. Safe, off-site, removal of all drug paraphernalia found on premises. We can also check ID for address verification to ensure individuals are authorized to be on the premises. If keys are provided, we can check the lobby, and each floor hall, as well as all stairways and underground parking areas. For all patrols:
